This document introduces a new photonic crystal sensor that can simultaneously detect ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared light. The sensor consists of a metal nanoantenna array and a photonic crystal array. The nanoantenna array is used to focus light onto the photonic crystal array. The photonic crystal array is composed of a series of air and silicon dioxide alternating air and silicon dioxide alternating nanowires. When light is incident on the photonic crystal array, the light is scattered in different directions. The nanoantenna array can detect light in different directions. The sensor can detect light with wavelengths of 0.5-1.7 microns. The sensor has high sensitivity and high resolution. The sensor can be used in optical communication, biosensing, and other fields.
