This document introduces the technical features of the BLOK T2 CNC composite machine, including the power of the profile forward drive, the diameter of the pressure roller, and the feed rate of the rollers. The machine is equipped with 19 CNC axes, which can achieve independent drive of six pressure rollers and stable rolling speed of the profile. In addition, the machine has a number of adjustment and control functions, can quickly remove the guide rollers, and support user personalized application solutions. At the same time, the machine also has the functions of constant pressure control and dynamic pressure detection.
