The ATmega128 series is an 8‑bit AVR® microcontroller with a high‑performance RISC core, offering up to 16 MIPS at 16 MHz. It provides 128 KB of in‑system programmable Flash, 4 KB EEPROM, 4 KB SRAM, and a rich set of peripherals including timers, PWM, ADC, USART, SPI, TWI and JTAG.
