The IT-180ABS and IT-180ATC laminates are high‑temperature glass‑reinforced materials with a glass transition temperature of 175 °C, excellent thermal stability, low CTE along the Z‑axis and compatibility with lead‑free soldering. They meet IPC‑4101C standards and are suitable for high‑reliability applications.
These laminates are used for multilayer PCBs, thick‑copper boards, automotive electronics, telecom and networking equipment, computer servers and storage systems, as well as military and aerospace hardware. They are supplied in various sheet sizes, thicknesses and foil configurations, with standard roll width of 1260 mm and customizable lengths. This manual is written in Russian.
