TPD4123AK is a high-voltage PWM DC brushless motor driver that supports 3 shunt resistance current detection. It is equipped with a level-shifted high-side driver, low-side driver, over-temperature protection circuit, under-voltage protection circuit, output IGBT, FRD, and can directly drive DC brushless motors with control signals from microcontrollers.
