Shihlin Electric announces the termination of production and sales for its SS series inverters, providing replacement models and support details.
Shihlin Electric informs customers that all models of the SS series inverter will cease production and sales. The termination is due to difficulty sourcing certain parts and the launch of a new product line. Orders for the SS series must be placed before 31 December 2018.
The notice includes a list of recommended replacement models (SS2 series), tables comparing functional and performance differences, and physical dimension changes. Repair service for existing SS units will be available until 30 June 2020, and safety instructions for installation and maintenance are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
