Accurate fixation of adaptive optics fundus imaging field of view based on visual target guidance

A novel visual target guidance system is proposed to accurately measure the position of the fundus imaging field of view. The system can achieve single-cell tracking and large-field stitching of fundus blood vessels, which will be beneficial to the application and promotion of liquid crystal adaptive optics systems in clinical ophthalmology.
