The present invention relates to a silicone-free shampoo with scalp care effect, which comprises the following components by weight percentage: mild surfactant 5-50%, scalp care agent 0.1-10%; The mild surfactant is a mixture of three or more of soapberry fruit extract 0.5%, sodium cocoyl methyl taurine taurine 8.0%, sodium cocoyl aminopropionate 3.5%, sodium cocoyl amidopropyl betaine 5.5% and sodium methyl cocoyl taurine 1.0%; the scalp care agent is a mixture of two or more of hydrolyzed corn starch 0.3%, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate 0.5%, piroctone olamine salt 0.3%, millet grass extract 0.003% and linseed seed oil 0.001%.
