DNA Gel Recovery Kit

This kit is used to recover DNA fragments from agarose gels or DNA reaction systems (such as PCR reactions). The kit uses a silica membrane that can efficiently and specifically bind DNA and a unique sol system, with a recovery efficiency of 50-90% (depending on the fragment size). The resulting DNA can be directly used for ligation, transformation, enzymatic cutting, sequencing, hybridization and other molecular biology experiments.
