This kit provides a hydrophilic method for rapid and efficient transparency of centimeter-scale tissue samples. The method is suitable for the transparency of low-age embryos (mouse embryo gestation age is not greater than 15 days) and organoids. After transparency, the sample can be subjected to three-dimensional imaging using a laser confocal microscope or a light sheet microscope.
