A kind of adjustable bidirectional flow cold and hot recovery fresh air system, comprising a box, a heat recovery core, an exhaust pipe, a supply pipe, a supply fan, and an exhaust fan. By adding a set of regulating doors at the inlet and outlet of the two-way flow heat recovery fresh air system, and adding a set of by-pass regulating doors between the inlet and exhaust ducts, the system is converted into an adjustable running mode. The adjustment mode is more flexible according to the indoor and outdoor environment, and can effectively cope with extreme weather.
