3D FloTrix® Cell Live-Dead Staining Kit Instructions

This kit uses two widely used fluorescent probes to detect cytoplasmic esterase activity and cell membrane selectivity to reflect cell viability. The method is fast, safe and sensitive. This kit can be applied to most eukaryotic mammalian cells and can be directly labeled on 3D FloTrix® microcarriers, but not for bacteria and yeast. This kit requires a fluorescence microscope equipped with 488nm and 561nm lasers.
