An innovative rehabilitation medicine back massage device is provided. The device can be easily moved by the patient, driven and controlled by the patient. The device has a massage frame, at least two guide rods, at least one sliding plate, a massage ball and a sliding component. The guide rods are fixedly installed on the massage frame. The sliding plate is slidably connected to the guide rod. The device enables the patient to move freely while massaging, and does not need to be powered by the patient. The patient can pull the handle to massage, and the patient is not restricted to a particular place, which is conducive to the patient's mood.
