A portable digital heart rate monitor includes a photoelectric sensor for collecting human heart rate signals, a processing circuit for processing the electric signals generated by the photoelectric sensor, a single-chip microcomputer connected to the output of the processing circuit, and a LED digital tube connected to the single-chip microcomputer. The present invention uses a photoelectric sensor to convert the heart rate signal to an electric signal, and the electric signal is sequentially passed through the front-end amplification and two-stage amplification for filtering and trapping treatment, which is beneficial to the noise and other interference factors. The filtering rate is guaranteed and the signal accuracy is guaranteed. At the same time, the heart rate data is displayed by the LED digital tube, which is conducive to the convenience and accuracy of reading.
