NS4165B 5.4W Single-Channel AB/D Class Dual-Mode Audio Power Amplifier

NS4165B is a AB/D class working mode switchable, ultra-low EMI, no filter, 5.4W high efficiency single-channel audio power amplifier. AB/D class working mode can be switched by a high-low level control pin to match different application environments. Even in the D class working mode, NS4165B uses advanced technology to greatly reduce EMI interference in the full bandwidth range, minimizing the impact on other components. Its output requires no filter PWM modulation structure and feedback resistor built-in method to reduce external components, PCB area and system cost. NS4165B can provide up to 5.4W of output power to a 2Ω load at a working voltage of 5V. NS4165B has an overheating protection function, which effectively protects the chip from being damaged in abnormal working conditions. And using the spread spectrum technology to fully optimize the new circuit design, 90% above the efficiency is more suitable for low voltage, high power audio systems. NS4165B provides ESOP8 package, the rated working temperature range is -40℃ to 85℃.
