This is a training manual about mammography. The manual was written by the Center for Health Studies at Group Health Cooperative. The manual evaluated whether telephone counseling could improve the rate of scheduling for mammograms, compared to a postcard reminder, or a telephone call with a simple offer to schedule the appointment.
