Manual Handling Precautions

This document describes the precautions about manual handling, including wearing suitable personal protective equipment, using elevating platforms, using knees and keeping back straight, ensuring that there is enough room to turn around, using elevating platforms or step stools or step ladders to reach overhead, using trolleys to move boxes, and asking for assistance from a colleague if necessary.
