RayBio® Mouse Osteopontin IQELISA Kit

This is an immuno quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (IQELISA) kit for quantitative measurement of mouse Osteopontin in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The assay employs an antibody specific for mouse Osteopontin coated on a 96-well PCR plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and Osteopontin presence is detected by binding with the antibody. The immune complex is washed off and TaqMan® PCR reagents are added for real-time quantitative PCR detection.
