PT4554D is a high-precision non-isolated buck-type LED constant current driver chip. It works in quasi-resonant mode and is suitable for non-isolated buck-type LED constant current power supplies with input voltage range of 85Vac~265Vac. It integrates 500V power MOS, high-voltage power supply circuit, and sampling circuit. It does not require start-up resistors and VDD capacitors, and has a high-reliability constant current control mode and comprehensive protection functions. The chip features high-voltage single-chip integration, inductor current quasi-resonant mode, high efficiency, high current accuracy, excellent linear adjustment rate and load adjustment rate.
