This document is the product warranty statement from Great Planes® Model Manufacturing Co. The warranty covers defects in both material and workmanship, but does not cover component parts damaged by use or modification. Great Planes' liability is limited to the original cost of the product. Great Planes also reserves the right to change or modify the warranty without notice. As Great Planes has no control over the final assembly or material used for final assembly, no liability is assumed or accepted for any damage resulting from the use of the user-assembled product. Users accept all resulting liability by using the user-assembled product. If the buyer is not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this product, it is advised to return the product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
