ANALOG DEVICES AD8468 handbook

The AD8468 is a low-power, high-speed single-supply comparator with a rail-to-rail input range of -0.2 V to VCC + 0.2 V and a rail-to-rail output voltage range of 0 V to VCC. The AD8468 has a typical propagation delay of 40 ns and a typical static current of 10 µA. The AD8468 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The AD8468 has an integrated low-voltage-drop, low-noise, CMOS-compatible output stage that can drive a 15 pF load. The AD8468 also has a static shutdown input that can disable the output stage. The AD8468 is suitable for applications such as motor drives, line drivers, data recovery, and other applications requiring high speed and low noise.
