Pentair Push Pull Installation Guide

This document describes the installation procedure for a valve that can be used for either D.E. or sand filters. The valve must be connected to the correct port in order for the filter to function properly. The valve body is molded from ABS, and the supplied 2 in x 1 ½ in. reducers are made of PVC. When solvent welding PVC pipe or the supplied PVC reducers into ABS valve body, use Weld-On 793 or equivalent. It is important to turn off the pump before changing valve positions, as changing valve positions while the pump is running can damage the control valve and result in personal injury or property damage.
