The DM74ALS04B is a logic gate circuit produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It contains 6 independent gates, each of which performs the logic INVERT function. The product features include switching specifications at 50pF capacitor, switching specifications guaranteed over full temperature and VCC range, advanced oxide-isolated, ion-implanted Schottky TTL process, functionally and pin for pin compatible with Schottky and low power Schottky TTL counterpart, and improved AC performance over Schottky and low power Schottky counterparts.
