PHILIPS UBA2070 user manual

The UBA2070 is a high voltage integrated circuit for driving electronically ballasted Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFL) at mains voltages up to 277V (RMS). It features current controlled operation, adaptive non-overlap time control, integrated high voltage level shift function, power-down function, protection against lamp failures or lamp removal, and capacitive mode protection.
