This document is the instruction manual for the Rat Hepcidin Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit, which is used to measure the level of Hepcidin in rat serum, plasma, and other related liquid samples. The kit utilizes a sandwich immunoassay method with purified rat Hepcidin antibody coated on the microplate. The resulting antibody-antigen-enzyme conjugate complex is detected using a colorimetric substrate and measured at 450nm wavelength with a microplate reader to determine the concentration of rat Hepcidin in the samples.
