EFD HP Series High-Pressure Dispensing Tool and Mikros Dispensing Pen Product Leaflet
The HP™ Series high‑pressure dispensing tool applies RTV silicones, epoxies, medical adhesives and other thick fluids through tips as small as 0.004" in diameter. It is designed for use with EFD air‑powered dispensers and can multiply the output of a standard 100 psi dispenser up to 7×, offering fast, fatigue‑free application.
The Mikros™ dispensing pen minimizes waste and improves fluid control for critical applications. It uses a disposable 0.25 cc fluid reservoir tip with 30, 32 or 33 gauge stainless‑steel dispensing needles, delivering consistent micro‑dot amounts of 2‑part epoxies, UV‑cure adhesives and other medium‑viscosity fluids.

EFD Dispense Valve System Selection Guide
The EFD Dispense Valve System Selection Guide assists users in choosing the right valve and reservoir for a given fluid and application. It provides cross‑reference tables that match fluids to recommended valve models, and then matches those valves to suitable reservoirs based on pressure and viscosity.
The guide also highlights key valve and controller features, such as adjustable flow, fail‑safe operation, and digital control options. For detailed assistance, users are encouraged to contact EFD sales or a Fluid Application Specialist.
