YP6821 100mA Low Differential Pressure LDO Datasheet
The YP6821 series is a CMOS‑based low‑dropout regulator offering a typical dropout of 160 mV at 3.0 V output and 50 mA load. It provides high precision (±2 % voltage accuracy) and a very low quiescent current of about 2 µA.
The device supports an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 6 V, delivers up to 100 mA output current, and is available in compact SOT‑23, SOT‑353 and SOT‑89‑3 packages with power dissipation limits of 250 mW (SOT‑23/353) or 500 mW (SOT‑89).
