This document describes an obsolete product, which is a highly integrated central switch controller. It adopts advanced 0.35 micron 3.3 Volt CMOS process and comes in a 256-PIN PQFP package. It supports various operating frequencies and features a 16-bit external CAM interface and a 32-bit Control Buffer Memory interface. It also includes hardware-assisted buffer and queue management to minimize CPU overhead.
