Servomex SERVOPRO FID Analyzer Manual
The SERVOPRO FID is a flame‑ionization detector (FID) analyser designed for safe operation of cryogenic air‑separation plants. It measures total hydrocarbon (THC) content in air, oxygen, nitrogen and ammonia streams, and includes flame‑out detection that automatically shuts off the fuel gas.
The analyser offers three measurement ranges (0‑10 ppm, 0‑100 ppm, 0‑1000 ppm) with an overload capability up to 10 000 ppm, digital communication via RS232 ASCII, optional Ethernet (TCP) and relay contacts, and a 4‑20 mA analog output. It complies with IEC 61010‑1, IEC 60664‑1, EU Low‑Voltage, EMC and WEEE directives and operates from 100‑120 V or 220‑240 V AC. This manual is written in Chinese.
