DT-DFK is an automatic capacitive level switch based on RF capacitance technology. A radio frequency is applied to the probe. The probe and the container wall constitute the two plates of the capacitor. The material around the probe and the air become the dielectric material of the capacitor. The amount of material buried in the probe will affect the capacitance of the capacitor. Continuously detecting this capacitance can measure the height of the material surface. By pressing a button, a pre-set capacitance value can be set so that the level switch can output a signal at the required height. The calibration is very convenient. It is suitable for various materials for upper and lower limit alarms of material level. It is especially suitable for high-adhesive materials that cannot be used normally by ordinary capacitive level switches.
