Guangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics ProASIC3 StartKit FPGA Development Board User Manual

The ProASIC3 StartKit is a low‑cost FPGA development platform based on Actel's Flash‑FPGA technology. It provides a ProASIC3 FPGA, 7‑segment display, LEDs, push‑buttons, dual serial ports and other peripherals to help users quickly learn the Actel development flow.
The board ships with a parallel‑port downloader and a full software suite—including Libero IDE, Synplify, ModelSim, PALACE, WaveFormerLite and other tools—plus example source code and free IP cores.
