SFH 7741 is a lead (Pb) free product that is RoHS compliant. It is a proximity sensor with a typical working distance of 30mm. The sensor utilizes opto-hybrid technology with a Schmitt trigger output and open drain structure. It has extremely low power consumption, a very small SMD package, and high ambient light suppression. The SFH 7741 is eye safe according to the IEC 62471 standard without the need for external lenses. It is suitable for short range proximity sensing applications.

SFH 3219 is a NPN silicon phototransistor with integrated TOPLED light source. It features high linearity and is suitable for all soldering methods. It is suitable for applications in the 430-1150 nm wavelength range.
