GMOS GT1504 PWM Buck Switching Regulator Datasheet
The GT1504 is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides all active functions for a step‑down switching regulator, capable of driving a 2 A load without external transistors. It requires only a few external components, saving board space, and includes TTL‑level shutdown control, internal compensation, and thermal‑shutdown and current‑limit protection.
The device is offered in SOP‑8L packages with fixed 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, and an adjustable output version (1.23 V‑37 V). It operates at a fixed 150 kHz switching frequency, achieving up to 90 % efficiency, and guarantees a ±4 % output voltage tolerance under specified conditions.
