Consonance CN3305 Integrated Circuit Datasheet

The CN3305 integrates a reference voltage source, inductor‑current detector, control circuitry and external MOSFET drivers to provide a compact, low‑component‑count solution for charging lithium‑ion, LiFePO₄ and lead‑acid cells. It operates in constant‑current mode followed by a quasi‑CV mode, with automatic re‑charge and over‑voltage protection.

Typical applications include multi‑cell battery chargers for small appliances, POS terminals, audio equipment and stand‑alone chargers. The device is supplied in a 8‑pin SOP‑8 package and complies with RoHS requirements. This manual is written in Chinese.
