The ADSP-BF5xx is a family of 16-bit fixed-point dual-MAC processors from Analog Devices, targeting power-sensitive applications, such as cell phones; applications that require the functionality of both a DSP and a general-purpose processor, such as automotive applications; and computa- tionally intensive applications, such as consumer video equipment.
