Fairchild 74LCX07 Low Voltage Hex Buffer with Open Drain Outputs Datasheet
The 74LCX07 contains six buffers whose inputs tolerate voltages up to 7 V, allowing 5 V systems to interface with 3 V systems. Its open‑drain outputs can be wired together for active‑HIGH wire‑AND or active‑LOW wire‑OR functions, and the device includes patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry, latch‑up protection, and high ESD ratings.
The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, DC and AC electrical characteristics, and detailed package information for SOIC (M14A), SOP (M14D) and TSSOP (MTC14) variants. Physical dimensions, land‑pattern recommendations, and ordering codes are also listed.
