RZC RZC3617BH High‑Performance Switch‑Mode Power Supply Secondary Synchronous Rectifier Controller Datasheet

The RZC3617BH is a high‑performance secondary‑side synchronous rectifier controller IC designed for low‑voltage, high‑current switch‑mode power supplies. It integrates waveform‑tracking, internal low‑RDS(ON) MOSFETs and high‑voltage isolation, enabling efficient power conversion up to 100 kHz switching frequency.
