SQ Optics SQ SOA 10 FA MB Semiconductor Optical Amplifier Datasheet

The SQ SOA 10 FA MB is a semiconductor optical amplifier designed for ultra‑long‑distance fiber transmission and distributed fiber sensing. It offers low‑noise, flat‑gain amplification in the C‑band with selectable APC, AGC, or ACC modes and includes dedicated PC software for monitoring power, temperature and current via RS‑232.

Key features include a maximum gain of 30 dB, low noise figure (≈5.5 dB), high output power (up to 10 dBm), and robust reliability. The module supports multiple fiber connector types (FC/APC, FC/PC, LC/PC, SC/PC) and can be powered by a 5 V @ 3 A DC supply with less than 10 W consumption. This manual is written in Chinese.
