Liankebio WB015 Commassie Blue Staining Solution (Conventional Method) Product Leaflet
The Commassie Blue Staining Solution (catalog number WB015) is a 250 ml reagent supplied by Liankebio for routine protein staining of SDS‑PAGE or non‑denaturing PAGE gels, as well as detection of residual proteins on Western blot membranes. The solution uses Commassie Blue R250 dye and is formulated without toxic methanol, though it contains acetic acid with a mild odor.
For conventional staining, gels are immersed in the solution and shaken at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; the solution can be reused 2‑3 times. After staining, de‑staining is performed with a separate de‑staining solution (catalog WB016) for 4‑24 hours. Users should wear appropriate protective equipment such as lab coat, gloves, and mask, as the solution is acidic and mildly corrosive. This manual is written in Chinese.
