A direct-wing rudder propeller propulsion device includes a plurality of generator sets, and the generator sets are at least two. The generator sets are connected to a propulsion phase shifter through an AC distribution device, and the propulsion phase shifter is connected to a propulsion DFE inverter. The DFE inverter is connected to a propulsion permanent magnet motor and a servo motor. The propulsion permanent magnet motor is used to drive the paddles of the direct-wing rudder to rotate in a circle, and the servo motor is used to drive the direct-wing rudder to rotate.
