Oscilloscope Automatic Calibration and Management System

This paper introduces the oscilloscope automatic calibration and management system with 9500 oscilloscope calibrator (fluke) as the main standard instrument. The system can realize full-automatic calibration of oscilloscope with IEEE-488 interface and semi-automatic calibration of oscilloscope without IEEE-488 interface. The system has high automation and avoids the error caused by human operation on the calibration results, making the calibration more reliable and accurate.
