This paper introduces the key technologies used in database operation and model parameter operation in standard parts design and development based on Pro/E secondary development method, establishes national standard database and standard parts model conforming to national standard. On this basis, the standard parts design function with friendly interface and convenient use is developed to make up for the lack of national standard parts in Pro/E. Through the actual application of users, the function improves the work efficiency of designers and better applies Pro/E to develop product design.
