DuraTrax offers a 90-day warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. Within the warranty period, DuraTrax will repair or replace incorrectly made parts free of charge. It is important to keep the receipt as proof of purchase. To return the model for warranty repairs, it should be sent to Hobby Services. If the buyer is not willing to accept the liability associated with the use of the product, it is advised to return the kit immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase. This manual contains important instructions and warnings regarding the assembly and use of the model.
