TOSHIBA TB62732FU Manual

The TB62732FU is a LED driver with a high efficiency step-up DC-DC converter that can turn on 2-4 serial white LEDs. It features an NchMOS FET transistor to switch the coil and a function to derate the LED current with temperature rise. The average LED current can be easily set using an external resistor. This IC is ideal for driving LED liquid crystal backlights in PDAs, cell phones, and handheld terminals.
