This document describes the features and characteristics of high-speed differential receivers such as SN65LVDT32B, SN65LVDS32B, SN65LVDT3486B, SN65LVDS3486B, SN65LVDT9637B, and SN65LVDS9637B. These products comply with the ANSI EIA/TIA-644 standard, support signaling rates up to 400 Mbps, operate with a single 3.3V supply, have a common-mode input voltage range of -2V to 4.4V, differential input thresholds less than 50 mV with 50 mV of hysteresis over the entire common-mode input voltage range, integrated 110-Ω line termination resistors, propagation delay times of 4 ns (typical), active fail-safe feature ensuring a high-level output with no input, bus-pin ESD protection exceeding 15 kV HBM, inputs remaining high-impedance on power down, recommended maximum parallel rate of 200 M-Transfer/s. These products are available in a small-outline package with 1.27 mm terminal spacing.
