OMRON E3S-C Manual

E3S-C is a built-in amplifier photoelectric sensor with a metal housing that is water- and oil-resistive. It has a sensing distance six times longer than OMRON's conventional photoelectric sensors, ensuring stable detection of objects. It has a vibration resistance of 10 Hz to 2 kHz and a shock resistance of 1,000 m/s2 (approximately 100G). It incorporates an NPN and PNP output selector, reducing the stock of photoelectric sensors. It also has a fuzzy mutual interference prevention function. The E3S-C's optical axis coincides with its mechanical axis, ensuring easy axis adjustment.
