Tektronix AC Current Probes CT1.CT2.CT6 Data Sheet

The CT6 is a high-frequency current probe that features ultra-high bandwidth, ultra-low inductance, and an extremely small form factor. It can be used to measure current waveforms with rise times as fast as 200 picoseconds. The probe has a very low loading effect on the circuit under test, making it ideal for use in dense, closely-spaced circuit designs.
