The TCP300 and TCP400 Series AC/DC Measurement Systems are extremely advanced current measurement systems designed to meet today's current measurement needs. These slide-in probes utilize transformer and Hall effect technologies to offer wide bandwidth measurements from DC to 100MHz, with measurable currents as low as 1 mA and as high as several thousand amps (with the CT4 converter). When connected to a Tektronix TDS oscilloscope with a TEKPROBE Level II or Tek Connect (with TCA-BNC) interface, current measurements and calculations can be performed simply and easily. By adding plugins such as TDSPWR2 power measurement software, users can gain additional measurement capabilities. With these measurement capabilities, current measurements have become easier than ever before.
