The TLP206G is a photocoupler manufactured by TOSHIBA, consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET. It is suitable for applications such as PBX Modem, FAX Card, and measurement instruments. It is a 2-Form-A switch that can replace many mechanical relays. It has a peak off-state voltage of 350V, a trigger LED current of 3mA, an on-state current of 120mA, and an on-state resistance of 35Ω. It has an isolation voltage of 1500Vrms and is recognized by UL1577, BS EN60065, BS EN60950, SS EN60065, SS EN60950, and TUV DIN VDE0884 / 06.92.
