intersil ISL9005A handbook

ISL9005A is a low current, high PSRR 300mA LDO from ISL. ISL9005A has a low standby current and high PSRR, and it is stable with 1µF to 10µF ceramic capacitors and ESR up to 200mΩ. ISL9005A has a high PSRR of 75dB and an output noise of less than 45µVRMS. ISL9005A has a typical no load quiescent current of 50µA and 0.1µA shutdown current, making it an ideal choice for portable wireless equipment. ISL9005A has several different fixed voltage outputs as standard. Output voltage options for each LDO range are from 1.5V to 3.3V. Other output voltage options may be available upon request.
